I planned to do much more with my time, but reality gave me a pretty good check - and now I'm realizing what I SHOULD be doing with my time. Now, I'm not going to be one of those Madness animators who absolutely blows off the NG audience for personal reasons. No, I'm going to wrap everything up that I started. However, as I said in an earlier post, I'm condensing.

My last Madness animations will include:
HOTS 2
Redness 3
Redness 4
Possibly an old toon I started called Abolishment

After that (which should leave me in my final year of high school), I'm going to be working on some more fully-animated toons. I really wish I had more time because I love doing Madness animations, but they're going to get me nowhere. I need to make my own original stuff.

Anyways, just to fill you in on HotS, I'm making steady progress. I have some awesome music selections in it from artists such as Rob Dougan, Tomfitz, Delinquent Habits, and Father of Death (aka, the dude who made that kickass techno rendition of Hall of the Mountain King). The way I see it, this will not only be lengthier and of higher quality than the prequel, but also more variated, in regards to the atmospheres created.

Oh, and I has a picture for you, too. :D

Haven't worked on Redness in over three months. I plan on getting back into it, but motivation is gone, as of now. I have, however, completed a short test animation that you may want to view.

Hey, guys. I figured it's time for some change and, well, I'll be brief.

First, I've decided to condense the Redness series. I've realized the taste of animating full figures rather than Madness sprites and I really enjoy it, now. So, in order to fudge out my own ideas, rather than tributes, I'll be cutting down on Redness. Originally planned to have nine episodes (mainly due to an overload of ideas and intense ambition), it will be condensed to only a couple more episodes. Material will be cut, some plot lines will be dropped, others will be shortened, and the overall thing will end pretty suddenly. I may take my time and work until MD 09 on Redness 3, but then again, I may not. We'll see how it turns out.

I came to this decision when I figured out how fun animating fully-articulated 2d characters are. If I had continued Redness throughout its nine-episode series, I would have been finished by the time I reached college. However, by condensing it, I can resolve the series and animate my own ideas. I'm planning a series based on myself and a few friends (essentially, everyone who was involved in Lucky Charms Faggot IV). It's still in the preliminary stages, so it might not work out, but, once again, only time will tell how this will play out. Along with the new series, I am planning a small, violent toon inspired by the Castle Crashers.

TL;DR: Redness will end by 2010, I'm making two new series; look for them.

Oh, and for your viewing pleasure, I have a Redness Screenshot (I haven't completed much work on it since November) and two test animations for the aforementioned cartoons.

I'll make this quick. I have a deficiency of voice actors for the characters needed for Redness 3. Mainly, I need one for the part of Mike Tufano. To apply, you need the following:

1. A mic
2. A capability of voicing the part
3. Frequent presence should a line need to be recorded.

The parts open are:

Mike Tufano (Veteran Mafiozo) (Taken; Alpha-Nuva)
Bruno Cipriano (Salvatore's Muscle; arrogant, brawny, and gruff)
Raphael Romano (Icy Mafia Boss) (Taken; Ninjap00)
Antonio Marino (Overweight Mafia Boss; a general wuss)

Don't worry. This isn't the actually frame number. This is the second scene. So, I'd estimate about 2000 frames so far. That's one minute. March looks like a reasonable deadline, I'd say.

Last night was by far the best Halloween. We tp'd some good trees, my friend got an egg chucked at him by a passing car, I got a shitload of candy, I walked around shirtless in the freezing cold (so much fucking fun with hard nipples =D), and I learned to play CoD4, since I'm poor and resort to mooching off my friend's console.

Also, my birthday's in five days. Yes. It's on Guy Fawkes Day. ANARCHYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!

And I don't even have a minute done yet. FFFFFFFFFuck.
