Still animating. Just haven't put anything out. I'm working on the same FBF movie I was in my last post. Just haven't really done much work. I got a new HP so I'mma transfer the swf to here and work on it. IN FLASH 10, no less!
I've also got another possible yet challenging animation idea lined up. I'm working on hand-drawn sketches and test animations, so it's only an idea. But if I gather the allotted time required to follow through with such a task, I'll be posting it some time in late 2010.
Here's some albeit unfinished test animations.
Below is the picture the character featured in the animations.

Why Spanish? I just finished Spanish HW.
Anyways, no Madness stuff for at least a month of two. Wanna make a decent-length FBF movie. I did a couple practice animations and am now well into it. I've actually surprised myself with some of what I produced. It's a music-video-ish piece, running at 33 fps (16.5 fps since the main animation is done in twos), and will be running approximately 2 minutes. Oh, and it's based on an epic video game.

Didn't think I was really gonna be in it this year. However, I will be entering in MD09 this year a decent-lengthed piece of a "movie that I have recently resumed progress in." Can you guess what it is?
Also, if you're running a decent collab, please contact me. Mine fell through so now my FBF pieces are without a home. =(

Hey guys. No Redness or even Hunt of the Shoopacabra this year. :/ Sorry
Instead, I'll be participating in a collab, most likely the Mc.net collab. I'm putting in a full FBF piece. Cool, right?
Yes, I'm still alive. Just mad busy. You might see more out of me 2010.
Oh yeah, preview below. =D

"Power of Three" is coming up. Applications are needed by June 5th, I believe. Anyways, I'm dropping Hunt of the Shoop (which I have not worked on in weeks), for a new endeavor. With Father of Death as the musical composer and me as the artist/animator, we are only shy one member to complete the triforce.
What we need is a coder who can do something along the arbitrary guidelines of the following:
-Code a side-scrolling camera (i.e. Clubby the Seal)
-Code spontaneously occurring enemies
-Code health and power bars
-Code fighting moves (approx. 3)
-Code a moving boss
-Optional: Code particle effects
As the criteria made apparent, this will be a side-scroller fighting game. That's all I want to release now without ruining any of this game, so far. Below, I have a couple links to short, rushed tests I made for this game. If you can't code for me, at least give me your criticism.

I planned to do much more with my time, but reality gave me a pretty good check - and now I'm realizing what I SHOULD be doing with my time. Now, I'm not going to be one of those Madness animators who absolutely blows off the NG audience for personal reasons. No, I'm going to wrap everything up that I started. However, as I said in an earlier post, I'm condensing.
My last Madness animations will include:
Possibly an old toon I started called Abolishment
After that (which should leave me in my final year of high school), I'm going to be working on some more fully-animated toons. I really wish I had more time because I love doing Madness animations, but they're going to get me nowhere. I need to make my own original stuff.
Anyways, just to fill you in on HotS, I'm making steady progress. I have some awesome music selections in it from artists such as Rob Dougan, Tomfitz, Delinquent Habits, and Father of Death (aka, the dude who made that kickass techno rendition of Hall of the Mountain King). The way I see it, this will not only be lengthier and of higher quality than the prequel, but also more variated, in regards to the atmospheres created.
Oh, and I has a picture for you, too. :D
