TOO MANY GRADIENTS

It's also not hard to do 3D at all, especially when you tween. The characers did not look 3d, as well, just a bunch of gradiented sprites. The blood was done horribly, might I add.

You know what I didn't like, now redo it. This is constructive criticism, because I'm telling you what's wrong, so don't get all "OGM mean pearson!"

adollfo responds:

hmm....try to give me advises instead?

Incredibly smooth.

I'm in awe of this. The punctuation of the movements and the swiftness and fluidity of the maneuvers and kills. The blood effects were decent as well as the sword clashes. Speaking of which, the swordfight was my favorite part, by far, since it had so much movement and skill involved in making it.

Only reason you got a nine was the overuse of SFX, the test-animation feel of this, and the lack of original sprites. However, you should feel proud of what you did. Congrats.

Thank you, Hope Redness 2 is ready by Madness Day 08'.

Once again...

The Mastermind, despite his seemingly intelligent facade, always manages to act immaturely and screw something up. The animation was fluid and the dialog stirred several laughs. That "hero" dude at the end also had a Blockhead air about him, both in expression and tendencies.

Good job.

The-Swain responds:

And yet the Mastermind always seems to come out on top. Perhaps he knows what he's doing after all ;)

As for the hero character, I didn't catch the Blockheadness of him. I shall have to listen again.

headshart?

i dun getz it =O

Smashedsmurf responds:

This is why you need to pway games wit me. :D

This was epic.

As you said, a tad short, but I still loved the violence. This must've also been a bitch to animate since you used mainly sharp melee weapons, which require lots of patience and masking. The jumping was incredibly fluid and really amazed me. Other things I noticed were quasi-3d effects (like the axe), good use of perspective in the intro, and correct shading. The beginning was so hilarious. Hank's sniping people out from the cliff and then is revealed in a shopping cart in a very "Quickly, Robin! To the Batmobile!" fashion.

erixs responds:

haha. nice, thx.
and as u said, i put some hard work behind that 3d axe in the end, XP
haha nah, but it was cool looking ;)

That was awesome!

Despite sticks being easy to animate, you had some sexy fluidity thar, my boy. The sound effects were very lulzy, as were some of the deaths.

I, too, was gonna make something like this, but I took too long, so I just said "Fuck it." I'm sure happy you didn't do the same thing.

It was a turbulent ride, to be sure, I never intended to give up on it though. Really can't believe I started it in 2004 though, lol.

A little fast...

But this was mad funny, Shock and Wulf.

o wow

didnt know this was out. nice job.

iislion responds:

thank ya

I'm disappointed...

I would've really liked to give this a 5/10. This had some potential. I found many of the gags hilarious - even more so than the original recapitulation, for example. This also had really good cinematics.

However, you did not ask for my permission to use and kill Verdi. However, I must give you one star for the hilarious death that Verdi caused.

GabrielBarsch responds:

you must feel honored, because you,re parodied by me

Nice

Pivot sucks, but that wasn't too bad. Get Flash, though. or Sothink. Much easier to use and makes the toon come out better.

judahdelacruz responds:

Well, Right now, I'm only skilled enough to use pivot. No flash yet. Happy 08!
