You emulated Egoraptor's style perfectly. Albeit your drawing styles are slightly different, the animation was spot-on in terms of how it flowed and how he animates. The humor of an Awesome video was all there, too. The placement of movement and sfx were done so well. I absolutely lost my shit when the one dude crashed into the cabinet. Loved the Awesome-reach-esque ending, as well. Very well done..

Fantastic writing.

Loved how the dialogue bounced back and forth. You never skipped a beat. Nearly lost my shit when he said "Asian." The expressions on the White Stretchy Corduroy Pants King were killing me too. Wide-set eyes make every face funny.

Always loved these...

Writing and delivery are genius. I still like the first one better, but only by a little bit. This a-very good.

RicePirate responds:

I totally like the first one more. I was sitting on number 2 for way too long, just wanted to keep the ball rolling. Hopefully bring back the zap in the next one.

Good stuff!

Always loved the concept of virtual reality games; that drew me in from the start. It's also nice to see something a little more original than a Nintendo parody from you. Quality of animation, although a fair amount was recycled and tweened, was pretty slick. Syncing was pretty spot on. My only gripe was the voice acting and writing. Some lines were pretty lengthy and awkwardly written, really serving little purpose other than providing filler dialogue and disrupting the flow of the plot. I suggest you get a writer. Liked Nylocke, though. The gag where he introduces himself was pretty funny and repeated just the right amount of times without getting too old. And whoever voiced the raccoon dude did a pretty bang-up job, though. Had a better mastery of AAEV than most other voice actors I've heard. Keep that guy. lol

Made me happy.

Glad you're still with us.

Rutger responds:

That's good. :) Still here.

Had some doubts about this...

You turned out to have a pretty nifty tribute here, though. A lot of your mechanics were off at first but improved a great deal as the animation progressed. The fluidity of the sword fights was fantastic, especially for your first Madness movie. I didn't even get those down until my third. The effects, though not all were entirely new to Madness (particularly the cloaking device), were pulled off extremely well. I really enjoyed how realistically you got everything in the jeep to bounce along as the protagonist escaped the building. Next time, try to bang it out in 5-6 months. Putting a year and a half into a tribute is just NOT worth it, especially if you're not getting paid to do it.

GDop26 responds:

Yeah I spent a lot of time not just for the tribute. But rather to learn how to use Flash, so there was a lot of innovation involved in the project, so that's why it took so long.

Nice, vintage toon feel

Felt like a Popeye toon. Style was great. Loved the color palette gag.

Just about sums it up...

I hear they're remaking/remade dragonball z. You should apply for an animating position considering you already got the formula down.

Oh man! My sides!

I think that if it was any longer, it would've started to be less funny. Executed perfectly. Loved it.
