I just notice that your animating every other frame, are you going to fill in to the blanks later or it compensation for certain parts needing a higher framerate than the usual animation.
i animate at 24 fps. every other frame, i make a drawing so it basically runs at 12 fps. tweens still move at a smooth 24 fps, though, and it allows me to animate certain drawn objects more smoothly as well.

Having a set schedule is smart, too. Focused animating seems 500% more productive than unfocused animating.
