um, the air there smells like normal air. or maybe i'm so used to it that I don't smell the difference. i guess there's a little bit of industrial smells in the air. it's a nice smell. i've been to Manhattan on several different occasions and it just smells like a normal place, with just a hint of smog.

i live on long island, four hours away. i'm sorry, but i can't give you a definite answer.
